1. Access to the nanoDisha Mobile Application and use of the Services offered on the nanoDisha Mobile Application by Nanopix Integrated Software Solutions Private Limited and/or its group of companies is subject to this Privacy Policy. By accessing the nanoDisha Mobile Application and by continuing to use the Services offered, you are deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy, and in particular, you are deemed to have consented to our use and disclosure of your personal/business information in the manner prescribed in this Privacy Policy and for the purposes set out below in the document. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you disagree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Mobile Application and your use of the Services.

As part of the normal operation of our Services, only if required for operation/execution of the services/mobile application, we collect, use and, in some cases, disclose information about you to third parties. a) Purpose: Name of the User (Real name of the Person or Unique alias name) is used a metrics to uniquely identify a User for providing Login Username to the nanoDisha application and to ensure that only the known personnel has access to the nanoDisha Application.
b) Data Collected from: Users who are identified as staff members by authorized personnel.
a) Purpose: Email address is used for login authentication.
b) Data Collected from: Users who are identified as staff members by authorized personnel.
a) Purpose: Date of Birth is collected to maintain user records and to enable features such as sending automated birthday wishes within the nanoDisha application.
b) Data Collected from: Data is collected from Users who are identified as staff members by authorized personnel.
a) Purpose: Profile photo is collected to visually identify Users and maintain user profiles within the nanoDisha application.
b) Data Collected from: Data is collected from Users through the nanoDisha application when they upload their profile photo.
a) Purpose: Microphone permission is used to enable audio input for Jam Entry.
b) Data Collected from: User’s nanoDisha Application.
a) Purpose: Telephone function is used to check Internet connectivity via Mobile Data and to intimate the User weather their nanoDisha App is connected to Machine or not.
b) Data Collected from: User’s nanoDisha Application.
a) Purpose: Camera permission is used to enable video-based Jam Entry functionality.
b) Data Collected from: User’s nanoDisha Application.
a) Purpose: Used for Google authentication and to enable access for managing user attachments within the nanoDisha application.

a) Purpose: Used to send and manage emails and notifications such as welcome messages, alerts, and activity updates within the nanoDisha application.
b) Data Collected from: Data is generated and collected through User interactions with emails and notifications sent via the nanoDisha application.
a) Purpose: Used for sharing information, updates, and media such as text, images, videos, and audio within the nanoDisha application.
b) Data Collected from: Data is collected from Users through messages and media shared within the nanoDisha application.
